Trip to the Farmer's Market!!

We took Lizzie to the Farmer's Market today to look at all the pumpkins. This was her first time going to the Farmer's Market and her first time seeing pumpkins! She was a pretty good trooper, for being 2 and 1/2 months old and not having a clue as to what was going on. Next year, we will take her to a pumpkin patch- but this year we figured that going to the Farmer's Market would be suitable for our sweet little girl!

Daddy wanted to take a picture of his girl by the big pumpkins. I tried to do my best and prop her in the hay, but the hay bale wasn't exactly the best thing to prop Lizzie against. It made for a pretty bad photo due to Elizabeth not being able to sit up, the hay being uncomfortable to lean against, and the sun beaming right into Lizzie's eyes. You can see me (just look at the shadow) hovering over her, just waiting for Jordan to take the picture so I can rescue my girl.

This is a better picture of Lizzie by the big pumpkins. No, we didn't get her a big pumpkin- but I'm sure she will have a big pumpkin like these ones sometime in her life.

A cute family picture of us at the pumpkin stand where we bought Lizzie her very first pumpkin.

Pictures of Lizzie's first pumpkin and more Halloween/fall pictures to come in the very near future. Stay tuned!
