Although we aren't Catholic and neither of us are French, we're still celebrating Mardi Gras in our home today until Fat Tuesday. I (Monica) still partake in the Lent activities though (I'm Lutheran- so I'm basically a left-handed Catholic). Today, I bought a King Cake for us to celebrate because last year I got the baby Jesus....so that means I am in charge of getting the King Cake the following year. Mmmm! It is soooo pretty, and sooo good!
